With a complete in-house tool and die facility, experienced toolmakers will develop a custom extrusion die to yield tubing that will meet or exceed your expectations. Eagle maintains an inventory of standard shaped dies to facilitate a rapid response to customer inquiries and deliveries.
Eagle is providing precision bent components for use in surgical devices, heat exchangers, instrumentation and handling equipment. Sizes range from .032" to 1-1/2" diameters in a variety of wall thicknesses, with minimal radius and wall thinning requirements.
Eagle Stainless is a leading supplier of ultra high precision, cut-to-length, stainless steel tubing and bar for medical, electronic, semi-conductor, industrial and aerospace applications. Our manufacturing facilities enable us to cut and deburr any diameter tubing in quantities from a single piece to 100,000 pieces or more...and from lengths of .040" and longer with standard tolerances of ±.005.
Specializing in CNC machining for more than two decades, Eagle Stainless has been delivering some of the most intricately formed stainless steel parts imaginable. Working on diameters ranging from 0.030" to 2" we're ready to meet the needs of your most demanding application.
Eagle Stainless' Wire Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) and Laser Machining capability provides a close tolerance, high precision process for creating simple and complex shapes and patterns. CNC controlled cutting patterns can be done quickly on various stainless steel alloys, while maintaining a low Ra surface roughness. Standard surface roughness of approximately 60 Ra is typical, while a lower roughness of ~16 Ra is possible. No matter your pattern, shape, or application, Eagle Stainless has the equipment, experience and expertise to provide a quick, precise solution.
Closed end tubes are spun closed and welded shut in various end configurations: round, flat or pointed. All tubes are tested to insure there is no porosity or leakage.
Flaring and end reduction of tubing is an everyday precision process at Eagle. Special tools and procedures have been developed to insure repeatability for proper mating of flared and end-reduced tubes.
