Eagle Stainless' Wire Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) and Laser Machining capability provides a close tolerance, high precision process for creating simple and complex shapes and patterns. CNC controlled cutting patterns can be done quickly on various stainless steel alloys, while maintaining a low Ra surface roughness. Standard surface roughness of approximately 60 Ra is typical, while a lower roughness of ~16 Ra is possible.
